Today, our blog post is going to offer an inside look at the NimNim pickup and delivery process, and most importantly, what makes NimNim what it has become today. We’re all about giving you the inside scoop on our process and why it sets us apart.

 

Laundry isn’t classified as a chore for nothing; people just don’t like doing it! That’s where we come in. We want to save you the hassle in a cost and time-sensitive way. We pride ourselves on the fact that NimNim works fast and on your schedule. We offer a same-day 12 and 24-hour turnaround throughout the week between when you place your order and when it will be delivered back to you.  If you’re new to NimNim, our model is a bit Uber-esque in that you can leave your dry cleaning and/or laundry at your doorstep for one of our drivers to pick up, get cleaned, and then drop off back to you. NimNim is open 7 days a week, which sets us apart from companies who are only open some days out of the week.

Confused on what this looks like firsthand? Let’s say you have a flight one evening and need to get you clothes laundered or dry-cleaned before you leave. If you place an order with us for same-day service, you’ll receive your clean clothes back within 24 hours. Our customer service is open 7 days a week from 7am – 10pm for questions and help! You can even place an order as late as 9 pm for same-day service and we’ll have you covered.

If you don’t have a washer or dryer in your house and are worried about going out to do laundry at a public place, look no further. Our model is perfect during COVID times as we offer contactless delivery, unlike going to a laundromat and interacting with others and public facilities. We’ll just deliver your order right outside your door. With cases increasing throughout the country, we adapted our model to be as safe as possible while still maintaining a personal feel. And yes, our drivers always wear masks and social distance properly! We built NimNim especially for students and working professionals who might not have access to a personal washer and dryer at home.
